The villa has an excellent position in a quiet
residential area with little passing traffic.

There are two bedrooms, 1 x double and 1 x twin/double depending on
your choice. They are both
fitted with ample storage space.
Lounge
The large attractive lounge
offers a very comfortable seating area to relax, with an adjacent dining
area seating 4 people.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen is
very well equipped with oven/hob/extractor/fridge freezer and microwave
etc .There is also a fitted water filter system so bottled water is not
required.
Bathroom
The
bathroom has a bath with shower, vanity units and bidet.
There are ceiling fans in all rooms with hot and cold air
conditioning units fitted to both the lounge and master bedroom.
A
portable gas heater is supplied for use during the cooler months
Solarium
Steps
lead up to the very spacious secluded roof-top solarium which provides an
attractive dining and sun-bathing area with table and chairs, gazebo, gas
BBQ, sun-loungers and a shower to cool off.
The communal pool is situated approx 30 yards away, in addition,
there are 2 public swimming pools on the urbanisation which can be
utilised for a small daily fee.
