Rental Rates for the Villa per week

1st Nov-31st March-----£190         266 euros

1stApril-31stMay--------£225         315 euros

1st - 30th June----------- £250          350 euros

1st-31st Oct---------------£225         315 euros

All the above charges exclude Christmas, New Year & Easter periods. The weekly rates are £300/ 420 euros per week.

Please note the  Euro rate is based on currency exchange rate of 1.40 euro to £1 and will vary according to the exchange rate when you travel.

The Villa is available to rent on a weekly basis or short break, minimum stay 2 nights. Prices available on request.  Please note, a surcharge of €50 euros will be paid directly to the keyholders on arrival to cover linen and cleaning costs on your departure.  This payment will be applicable for every booking.

Deposits

A £50 per week non-refundable deposit must be made on booking.  Please make cheques payable to Mrs. P. Walsh.

The balance and a separate additional security payment of £100 sterling will be paid 8 weeks prior to departure to cover possible breakages, key loss etc.  (See booking form for full details)  Late bookings should be accompanied by full payment plus the £100 security to the owners Mr. & Mrs.Walsh.

 

Airport Transfers ( optional )

Can be arranged and paid for locally.  Ask for details.

Car Hire – We recommend www.recordrentacar.com and www.carjet.co.uk where the cost of car hire is very reasonable and you can request roof racks and baby seats if necessary.

Please note that if you choose record rent a car they do not charge you for fuel on collection of the car, all they ask is that you return the car with the same amount of fuel that you were supplied with on collection.  This way you can keep your costs down as the fuel surcharge can sometimes be approx €50 with other car hire companies.

Baby Equipment For Hire – Highchair £7 per week, Baby Walker £7 per week, Bouncer Chair £7 per week and Travel Cot with mattress/Playpen £10 per week (Linen provided) – Please advise of any baby hire on booking form, balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
